Drinking Straw Manufacturing Equipment
The Drinking Straw Making Machine employs polypropylene (PP) along with masterbatch as its key materials to create transparent, single-colored drinking straws. The production process encompasses multiple phases, including melting, extrusion, molding, cooling, pulling, and cutting. This equipment is comprised of the primary structure, tooling, a water cooling mechanism, and a cutting unit.

Quality Control:
The machine operates smoothly and quietly due to precision-ground and hardened gears and bearings. The screw and barrel, made from Aluminum Chromolybdenum alloy steel, are subjected to stress relief treatments to enhance durability. A nitrogen hardening process is applied to the die to prolong its lifespan. The water tank and the surface of the cutting machine are constructed from #304 stainless steel. Furthermore, the screw in the main extruder is specifically designed to suit the intended plastic material.
