Our ABA Blown Film Extrusion technology delivers energy-efficient and cost-effective manufacturing solutions, providing flexibility for various applications. In the three-layer co-extrusion blown film systems, two primary motors enable the extrusion of three layers: one motor manages the inner and outer coating layers, while the other is responsible for the inner filling layer. This configuration minimizes the requirements for the main machinery, reduces costs, and lowers energy consumption, thereby optimizing the functionality of our film blowing machine.

The film extrusion system offers notable advantages, facilitating the production of HDPE and LDPE films while improving film strength through multi-layer co-extrusion. By utilizing a single main extruder for both the outer and inner layers, the need for an additional extruder is eliminated, which further enhances energy efficiency and reduces overall consumption. These attributes make it an ideal option for integration with our state-of-the-art technology.
