Constructed from 38 CrMoAl alloy steel, the cylinder that houses the screw undergoes nitrogen treatment to enhance its rigidity and corrosion resistance.
The mold head is coated with hard chromium and incorporates a screw mandrel design that facilitates the steady and smooth flow of materials, ensuring consistent air output alongside automated temperature and heating controls.
A vital element of this process is the water-cooling system, which is crucial for maintaining the clarity of the finished film product.
