Two Die Head Blown Film Extrusion
The Two Die Head Blown Film Extrusion is equipped with a screw, a motor, a frequency converter, and two moulds. The speed and thickness of the machine are controlled by the frequency converter, and the film is extruded from two moulds, which is highly efficient and saves labor costs.
The Two Die Head Blown Film Extrusion technique employs a single screw and barrel that features two molds. Both the extruder’s cylinder and screw are fabricated from high-grade alloy steel, subjected to nitration and precision finishing processes to enhance hardness and corrosion resistance. This innovative design, which incorporates dual heads within a single extruder, is carefully crafted to maximize production efficiency while reducing energy consumption, labor costs, and overall space requirements. This machinery is primarily utilized for the blown film extrusion of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) films, enabling the production of various types of vest bags and flat-rim bags commonly found in the food, garment, and textile packaging industries, among others.
